Closing Manager

  1. Managing and converting walk-ins to closures; collections of Overall Capitalization Rate (OCR) and home loan Disbursement.

  2. Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups.

  3. Designing monthly and quarterly Sales plan for the respective site on a regular basis.

  4. Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till the accomplishment.

  5. Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and making sure of closing them.

  6. Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets.

 

Desired Candidate :

Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 or 2 years of Real Estate industry experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Note :- Compulsory 2 yrs. of real estate experience.

Personal Assistant to Director

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.

  • Communication Handling: Act as a primary point of contact, managing emails, phone calls, and inquiries, while prioritizing and redirecting as needed.

  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.

  • Coordinate with Department Heads: Collaborate with department heads to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner, facilitating effective communication and project execution.

  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, maintaining discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks and deadlines effectively, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly.

  • Office Operations: Oversee and streamline office procedures, including managing supplies, coordinating with other administrative staff, and addressing day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English

  • Proficient in office software and tools.

  • Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
